Leanne Pritchett is a Veteran Special Education Teacher with 17 years experience. Currently living in the Sacramto area. Originally from Canada, but grew up (mostly) in the States. Became a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant and later a Special Education Teacher due in large part to many of the struggles I have faced because of my learning disabilities. I am currently employed as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired and Orientation and Mobility Specialist. I excel at seeing the child, not their diagnosis. I understand and really see and advocate for my Special Needs students and families. I started a micro podcast with the goal to shed a positive light and educate the public about these struggles along with informing them about positive ways to interact with and assist these families.
